So today I went back to work and it actually wasn't too bad. I felt depersonalized here and there but I fought through. I just kept telling myself it's just stress be cool. Depersonalization is the absolute worst when you have to drive . Most of the time I'm able to control it . Today was one if those days . I got slightly panicky driving but I focused on the car in front of me and kept my water beside me. But it still freaks me out a feeling that makes you question if your really even here 😔. I feel for anyone going through this. Anyone have advice or tips when it comes to DP/DR?
