So my anxiety has caused my self esteem to go right down the pooper! I don't work stay st home mom I clean cook laundry bake all that stuff I hardly ever get dressed I have tons of jammas and if I do leave the house i have what I call fancy jammas which are jogging shorts without holes and a t shirt lol, so I am making a vow to get up get dressed and do my makeup even if the dog is all that sees me!! Kicking myself in the frumpy butt!! Wish me luck lol

Wyominganxiety, Oh don't underestimate yourself, you do have a job. A 24/7, 365 days a year with no vacation or sick days. Have you ever seen the commercial about a mom wanting to call in sick but the child looks at her and the caption is that a mother can't be sick. You have a most important job, you are the CEO of your household. A CEO wouldn't go to work in holey pjs lol

You have to dress the part in almost making it a rule to wash, dress and do makeup and hair. That in itself will give you a boost. Think about it, do you know what it would cost to hire someone to juggle all the different positions you play in your family's life? No one would be able to afford you.

So my dear, dress the part of an Executive Manager in the day, save the fancy jammies for night time and throw away the holey ones. You deserve the best. xx

Awww thanks I have definitely put myself on the back burner for years , just kinda fell into why look pretty to clean lol but I definitely think giving myself some time and attention will do some good!
