High anxiety whilst on periods?

Hi all,

I find that I suffer from bad anxiety, my husband has noticed that it seems to be around when I am on my periods.

Does anyone else get this? What causes it.

Yes thats me too. I noticed this happening just before my periods come. I think its the hormonal changes in our bodies that bring on anxiety sometimes. I'm about to get mine and I'm having really bad anxiety. It's like a big black cloud of negativity over me and my body, mind and nerves are on the edge. It's a horrible feeling. I'm taking natural things to calm me down and I just posted a video of positive affirmations that I listen to that helps me. Just tell yourself it'll pass that seems to help sometimes.
