Hiya. Hope you're all well . ..

So , a lot has happened in past 8 months. I seem to have dealt with it but now the demon anxiety and panic is back. Any pain or twinge in my body I feel I'm gonna die ( ridiculous right?). Chest pains..tingling..sweats..chills..heart palps.. but when I go to bed at night ..i am absolutely fine. No panic,No anxiety and totally chilled. Why ? Xxx

Have you tried yoga and or medications?

Not tried yoga. Have you tried?,if so..do you find it helps x

I have not yet. I am doing emdr therapy right now. I work 100+ hours a week. I'm not sure I can fit it in. But when things slow down I def plan too. I hear a lot of great things. I also have changed up my medication 2 weeks ago. The positive thing about anxiety is there are so many options to help options. Although frustrated (had a panic attack like 15 mins ago) I remain optimistic.
