Scared 😳

So last night I woke about 12.30 am with really heavy legs and felt sick then my heart gradually started to beat fast and faster . I had the urge to use my bowels . My heart at this stage was in over Drive . I thought I was going to pass out , went out side in the freezing cold with some ice in my mouth . Eventually went back to bed after taking a Kalma . I eventually went off to sleep . My BP was quiet high this morning but has come down now . Is this a panic attack ??

Sounds like a panic attack. If you have never had one before then I think going to see your Dr is a good place to start. Just to rule out any thing serious.

Yes, I wake up kind of like that. It's either a panic attack or some other kind of stress response. I wake up feeling sick and just real weak, it's difficult to describe the feeling, but I feel terrible, then my heart starts racing or sometimes it already is, it also flutters & skips beats, I feel nauseous and real nervous. During the attack, I am scared to move, much less get out of bed, I feel too weak and feel like if I get up it will get worse, so I just lie there and try to relax. It lasts about 15 mins, then as I calm down, my legs tremble. If you are up walking around, surely mine must feel worse. I think it is panic, but I could be wrong.

Usagold I didn't want to get out of bed but had to get to the toilet . Then I had the feeling that I just had to go out into the cold . Once I got back into bed and tried to relax yes my legs then trembled . It's just horrible . Im under anormous stress as well

As grieving . I think my body is about to crash . Feeling so sick and sick of it . Thanx for reply
