It gets worse if you let it.

I am listening to soothing music by Slow Moving MIllie the album is called Arms and just resting.

I am not going to even try and figure out why I am not sleeping tonight I am just going to rest.

As long as I get up in the morning for my walk I am not bothered. Got 2 alarm clocks set so hopefully I will hear them.

Try putting on Michael Sealey's self-hypnosis tracks re: Anxiety (use ear/head phone). Check him out on Youtube. Works well for me.
