This morning sucks it is my exs birthday.

So my ex fiance are taking a break from our relationship. She is going through a lot of crap that would be hard for anyone to deal with let alone someone with PTSD, Anxiety and Fibryo. I was told by her to leave her alone right now since she is numbing and pushing people away. It is so hard to deal with because we had been planning her birthday together for weeks before we broke up. I understand she needs a break it is just so hard to see her like this. My life advice is to never ever have a kid with a Narcissist.
