Chest Pains

Can everyone please explain the sort of pains you experience in the chest. Mine is almost like an itching burning little annoyance. Just so annoying and worrying about my heart. Also, when I lay on my back, if I don't breathe I can proper feel my heart beating and almost hear the blood travelling through it. Makes me so worried. Also, I get a pulse under my left armpit half way down, that pulse worries me too. Is it coz I'm so focused on it??? Ahhh this whole thing scares me so much and keeps me constantly anxious. Thus creating more in my sensations in my body. Can accept all symptoms other than my heart. Frightens the life out of me.

It probably is just heart burn from the foods you eat. I can also hear my heart beat when I lay down and hold my breath. It's normal! The more you focus on it, the more strange symptoms you'll experience. If you are that worried about it, you should try antacids or go to your doctor
