I quit Facebook and I feel much better.

After a good stretch in the spring, I slipped back into a funk this summer. Anxiety, insomnia, attention deficit issues were all back . I knew I was using Facebook as a distraction and it was not good for my ADHD but like an addiction I couldn't stop. Last week I finally found a discipline to take the app off of my phone and wow what a difference the last week has been. I didn't realize how much the news, politics, and the mindless Memes were affecting not only attention and focus but my anxiety and sleep as well. This morning I feel rested and clear minded. It's worth a try. Good luck ✌️

Meeasy, Good for you. It is one of the reasons I never did go on Facebook. I thought I may be the only one. Life is complicated enough. If it works for some that's great. It is becomes an obsession and you feel that describes your life, then it's time to make some changes.

I'm glad to hear you feel more rested and clear minded. x

I left it about two years ago and it made me feel better. I hated by then so I had to leave.

I hope you closed your account permanently?
