Due to drinking Friday and the boxing last night I've had Two nights no proper sleep. I need a proper sleep I think. Still feeling rough. Went out for a walk again this morning. Heart didn't give in despite being a big hill. Now sitting in doors with chest pains. Left arm is constantly bent touching nipple/chest. Hopefully that's the reason for all the chest and arm pains. Only got the all clear last Thursday so why can't I believe this is all nothing. Worried someone might of spikes my drunk or something because I haven't felt this bad in a long time. What if they did and this is serious. I'm worrying that all this worrying if going to damage my heart!!!
