Long term axiety/dpression

Hi, I have had anxiety related problems most of my life.

Because people cant see your condition when they meet or look at you, it can make me feel worried when letting family or friends down.

I have had a recent set back and lethargic phase, of which I find it hard to get back to my old self. I take Sertraline and an occasional Diazepam.

I'm new to this web page
