I find it hard to believe

Iv been suffering with anxiety for 2 years. Or so iv been told by my gp. I have tender scalp aching joints sweats palpitations stomach ache and bloating when I eat wind bouts of diarrhea. I accept that these could be. But now iv got a really sore throat a slight cough it's difficult to swollow and inside my nose feels sore. How can this also be anxiety. I went to docs and that's what he said. Iv got a coated tongue and think it could be thrush as I'm wondering if that is what's wrong with stomach too. Anyone else had this. I would welcome any ideas.
