I have mental symptoms like

depression

low concentration

memory loss

anxiety

low confidence

but also physical symptoms like

constipation

heavy periods

dry skin

tiredness

headaches

bone pain

muscle spasms

muscle cramps

irregular periods

weight gain

I have a thyroid issue but endo and gp say this is now under control so symptoms must be psychological and I am taking citalopram to help me feel better any advice please thank you

thanks my diet is usually pretty good I eat fish and meat, fruit and veg
