Post Op Anxiety

Hi, I have been clear from anxiety for a long time, however I had quite a major bowel resection op on 12th July. Been home for 3 weeks and am suffering awful anxiety. My question is - is this anxiety or is it a medical issue caused by the op i.e. Anaemia or extreme tiredness or infection. Thinking this makes me panic more! I do not have a temperature, am able to sleep all night and am not in pain. Just wobbly and shaky. Should I sit it out and wait. I hate this.

I think it's just your anxiety. Your mind can do crazy things to you, but if you continue to be uncomfortable I think you should see a doctor. I'm sure everything will be okay don't worry :)
