What to do ? advice ?

Started 4days ago

So right now I have Headache at my forehead it's not that bad but it's there itchy painful ears my nose is congested with snot sometimes my throat bugs me there's a dull pressure at the bridge of my nose I've been sneezing

Sinus issues?

Nothing green coming out yet...

Is there anything I can do

How should I deal with this

Could me getting my feet wet have caused it

I did get some head pain after along with a sore throat the next day I got the headache with pressure when I sneezed

Advice ?

Hello,

I think you have some sinus issues! Do you wear body spray or lotions that could trigger your sinus??? As long as you don't have a fever you will be fine!
