Hey everyone, has anyone ever had their eyes randomly shake for 5 seconds involuntarily until you close them. It happens out of no where and then it alleviated itself. I've been checked with all these Tests but now I'm thinking I have MS for some reason. Or some type of dISease . SOS

This can happen with tiredness or dehydration, best to rest and drink water, MS would cause many other symptoms, also take vitamin d supplements, this can protect you from MS.

I get a twitch in my eye lid which starts without any warning. I know it is related to stress. I have noticed that now that I have reduced refined sugar and processed foods from my diet and that I do relaxation and medication everyday that I have not had my eye twitch for some time now. :-D

If you are really concerned about it then you should go and see your GP.
