i felt okay, then i started to get this burning warm feeling through my stomach and chest kinda, then my breathing started to get bad and then i looked in the mirror and my eyes were kinda bloodshot again. so now im anxious even more. ughhhhh i just want this all to stop.

Same here , it sucks! If you see all posts it's always about my anxiety. I've had it since I was a child but kinda always sneaks up on me when I overthink . Does everything trigger your Heath anxiety as well ?
