My anxiety always hits my gut. . I always feel bloated and a weird feeling in my chest like the gas is stuck there . It's so strange and then I panic and feel like I'm breathing weird. I'm always terrified I'm gonna stop breathing . And the thought doesn't go away 😔😑. Anyone have this ? Do you take anything for it ?

sometimes i get bloated and it makes me feel like i cant breathe! ive had tests and xrays so i think its just another symptom of my anxiety. but tums do help sometimes (:
