Feeling a Little better

Hello! Just wanted to say I've been starting to feel less anxious since I started taking a b complex vitamin the other day :) and feeling more motivated again to do stuff that I love a lot :)

I think for anyone who is struggling with anxiety/panic attacks/depression it's a good idea to get tested to see if you have any vitamin/mineral deficiencies as they can cause a huge impact on your mental state and overall physical health
