Hi I keep on staring at people so much when I am out in Public Place or Meets.

Especially, in Malls or showrooms. This problem is since, 6 + years to me.

Also, I keep on worrying a lot about future since long.

Hi AartiU, Whatever you are feeling is really nothing.. from next time question yourself why i'm doing this.. Write it as a note. like what happened at what moment i'm doing like this...It will helps you read your own notes what you wrote.. Then try to divert your mind from that to another simple. Always empty your mind.. no thoughts nothing .. my dear AartiU you have nothing....you have no problem.. Cool :-)
