Was eating when to restroom came out my legs feel odd weak stiff idk can anxiety do this

Hi Luz, Anxiety starts the ball rolling by making the muscles tense before you even entered the restroom. Your legs feeling odd, weak, stiff can come from having had some alcohol with dinner but more so with a woman squatting in the restroom. It puts undo strain on the already tense muscles causing this weakness. Hope this helps explain the feeling some.

This happens to me anytime I'm in a restroom more than just a few moments. You just compressed the nerves while you were sitting. I bet they're already feeling better by now. Anxiety loves to trick us that way.

It happens to me before I get an anxiety attack. My whole body becomes weak and shaky.
