Well i figure ill give this a try. Since i thought i controlled my anxiety better, but guess not. So i started having anxiety back in november of 2015. It was a day just like any other. Where i could just wakeup. Go workout and hangout with friends later. Then it turned into almost everyday. It was a different problem all the time like dizziness, weak, tired, not wanting to be out too much, but the cloudy mind stuck with me for about 8 months. I knew i wanted to beat these problems so i seeked out for professional help. It helped for awhile and now other problems occured such as focusing on my breathing too much and my heart. So it sends shock into my hands and feet then face cause im not taking deep breaths so i panic. The couldy mind is trying to come back slowly as well, but i know i can beat this. Cause i been through it already.

My anxiety.
"focusing on my breathing too much and my heart."
"So it sends shock into my hands and feet then face cause im not taking deep breaths so i panic." Sounds like hyperventilation to me.
It feels like you forgot how to breath all of a sudden so you start actively thinking "ok breath in, now breath out etc etc" right?
You cant give into that! Put some music on, something relaxing and try not to count your breath intakes and exhales. I still fall asleep with the radio on that also helps a bit. If you're having a full out hyperventilation episode then what also helps is breath from your stumache and not chest and hold your hand on your stumache and try to breath like you normally do while distracting yourself from it. A plastic bag also helps! You exhale in the bag and breath in through your nose (your nose is not in the bag offcourse) , but i suggest you do the last trick only when its a heavy episiode. Try the first one first if you feel it coming up.
Its good to know theres other people that know how i feel but i have been okay with the breathing lately. Just when im alone i start to panic or if the cold air conditioning comes on or even too much air in my face. All the same shortness of breathe then i panic. Im starting to get tense around my head then i get anxiety, and dont wanna do anything now. Thanks for those tips though. They help me.
