I am sure once you have expanded a little bit more how your anxiety issues are affecting you that like minded members will try and give you support , so if you can give a little more detail in what is happening that would be great

There are several Anxiety Communities on HU as well as so many other Communities that support with most conditions you can think of so while you are waiting for replies you may want to browse in the Community section and see if there is anything else that may help as when we have anxiety the more help we can get the better

I mostly spend my time on healthunlocked.com/livingwi... and even though at small group at the moment you would be more than welcome if you feel like ever popping on and saying hello
