I have a really annoying niggling pain (see pic where I'm pointing) anyone know what it could be. I've had standard chest pains today as always just got into my head this could b heart related?? Tonight is a bad night I cannot sleep.

Hello, it appears your breast bone or larynx area is troubling you with some irritation. I'm a woman so I just know that we experience various small irritations or discomfort in the upper areas of our bodies from time to time. Hopefully, whatever you're experiencing has settled down by now.

Thanks for the reply all makes more sense but us anxiety sufferers can't help but catastrophise. It could Be 1001 other things but I had calmed down and now I'm lying back in bed it's still there :/

Yeah I've been laying in be saying a. Heart attack is coming so it's just freaked me out. I've been informed it could be trapped air. All makes more sense than my illogical thinking. Are you assuming I'm young becauee I can't grow a proper beard haha I wish I could
