Hi my name is Clair I've been suffering anxiety and depression for the last 22 years may be longer but not realising it, things took a turn for the worse in November last year when I decided to take my life but my 22 yr old daughter came to talk to me about something that was worrying her so she found me in a practically non coherent state and phoned ambulance since then I have over indulged in drink I'm not an alcoholic as I can do without for days but if things get stressful this is what I return to. I've had a bad few days and now I feel like just quitting again I don't make a difference to anyone but the pets if I wasn't around they wouldn't get fed walked etc but that's not enough........

Now listen , as crap as life is , and we both know it is really crappy, it's still a gift to be

You cannot see that light at the end of the tunnel because the tunnel has twists and turns but it is their and you will see it ok .

You have a daughter who needs and loves you weather you like it or not you can NEVER do anything like that because if you do you have killed your little girl at the same time do you understand that ?

So try try try and try again to find some joy in your life as if you try you can.

And we want to see you get better happier and continue to be a mum to your daughter.
