anyone get this?

i've been worrying about two things recently and was wondering if anyone gets it.. sometimes i feel like my skin is a bit sensitive NOT painful but sensitive almost like when you're down with the flu and your skin feels a bit funny.. it also feels like I have a temperature because I'm hot but when i check my temperature its normal.

The second thing I get is lately my head arms and legs feel shakey but its not so shakey you can see its like the inside.. like the muscles or something.
