at the end of my tether

i have just had a panic attack mines seem to be lasting longer recently im sitting here thinking why me! my head feels tight and my eyesight blurry and i feel like i struggle to breathe, its a vicious cycle and im at my wits end ... i cannot take my mind off it no matter what i try and im scared theres something more serious going on even though i know deep down its anxiety... also have no appetite as the constant knot in my stomach is really bad!!

I just wanted to tell you I'm at work going through the same thing. Learning something new and difficult and struggling with a bad sinus headache, so I'm dizzy and anxious. This is the worst! I hope we both feel better soon.
