Anxiety about being alone

Does anyone else have panic attacks when being left alone? I can't stay home alone or I'll go into severe panic.

That's how I used to be until I started antidepressants and cognitive therapy. I had to actually beg my dad to come sit with me until my family returned from a short outing and I stayed with my mom three weeks just so I wouldn't be alone. I still don't like being alone but I don't get that pure panic feeling and I try to distract myself by different activities. TV has also helped me, especially house hunting/ flipping shows ( somehow calms me down). Plus once you stay alone and nothing happens to you, it will reinforce you are ok. You will get there, it's a process
