Google anxiety

Is it just me or is googling your ailments just make your anxiety and panic attack go in to hyperdrive.

Every time I do it I end up in a fit of worry.

Just keep away from google.

Hi

Googling any kind of medical ailments is not a good idea especially if you suffer health or any other forms of anxiety. You will end up convincing yourself you have some life threatening disease.

However, you do need to educate yourself regarding anxiety so places like this forum and and others similar would be the best places to read as well as good books.

Amen. :)

All the time! It's wise not to Google your symptoms because it will tell you your dying every time. Seeing your doctor is the best thing to do if your concerned.
