Well i went to see my doc and im getting anti - depressants, and gonna go 2 counseling.. lets get to the healing.. ready 4 a change

yes important to understand what happen to you and how to treat and manage your condition .but again i lije to stress that depending 100% on drug is not going to help in the long .learn how not to take the drug by trying to overcome attack .usually one most frequent powerful reaction is Fear ! Fear of this and that will happen etc .its all in the mind .so do not fear .learn how to react .like for me i woukd get agitated n and uneasy with surrounding .so i got to wrighle or rub my hands n wriggle my toes or look up or down etc .it is like doing actions of a clown ..but after awhile moving as i like i would feel more relax n slowly fear will subside.so overtime you can somehow manage without drug
