Could this be lyme????

My symptoms are:

depersonlization/ derealization

depression

anxiety

suicidal thoughts ( sometimes)

itchy scalp

sore knees, wrists, elbows, ankles ( not every day)

insomnia

upset stomach

You can get tested but all of those symptoms could most definitely come from just anxiety.

Could be! I was diagnosed with Lyme with GI symptoms, tons of anxiety, facial numbness and weakness. I never had any joint pain. Get the Western Blot or one of the newer test, the initial screening ( I think Elyza or something) has a lot of false negatives. Good luck

another possibility would be B12/folate deficiency.
