I notice my anxiety is at its highest when I'm around people. Especially when I go shopping. Whenever I'm in stores I feel like I'm gonna faint, I start sweating uncontrollably, I get extremely dizzy. Nothing helps! It's like the meds I'm on just stop working and anxiety breaks through. Is there anyway I can stop this? It's stopping me from doing one of the things I love to do the most! Shop! 😢😢😢
