Every where is shaking I'm getting that terrible feeling and is feeling so weird I'm home alone

Hey there, try do something that comforts you a nice cool or warm shower. Turn on the tv to something you like or put on some music to play in the background. Deep breaths know that it will pass

Kerstindyer, Use this as your "escape time". This is your "me" time. We all need that when suffering from anxiety. The house is yours, no one to put you down. You are safe. We are all here to back you up, to support you. You possess a strength deep within you. Let that strength come through. As nmp1 stated, know that deep breathing can help calm your mind and body. Do some meditation now. If you can't do it on your own, tune into YouTube and type in Audio Meditation & Deep Breathing. Listen to the words the narrator says. If your mind wanders, go back to what he is saying. There are 5 or 10 minutes videos. Enough to calm your thoughts.

A long walk used to relax my mind and my physical symptoms.

I don't know how, it just did.

Try it.

It worked for me a treat at my worst.
