Here it's goes again .. workin relatively late last nyt and coming drinking nearly a full bottle of wine .. up this morning feeling a little hungover .. so decided to wallpaper... which literally wrecked me after could barely eat had a lie down and woke up feeling really sick and dry heaving .. feeling like I was going to just drop dead feeling ... anyone help a girl out please x

You were likely dehydrated then you did exercise wallpapering and it dehydrated you more.
