Dizziness

Hi I was just wondering if anyone else has felt a dizzy feeling at what feels like the back of their head/neck, with a heavy head sort of feeling X

Yes I get this most of the time, I am kind of getting used to it! I don't know if it's my anxiety or side effects from medication but some days are better than others, It does make me exhausted, I would really like to get rid of this feeling! I try to stay positive and attempt not to let this feeling bring me down. I feel better when I am moving or sitting.

Yes, that's one of the most common anxiety symptoms. The second you start to experience it, tell and assure yourself that it is just a symptom and quickly change your focus. If at home, start cleaning up for example. Do it vigorously. It will pass in no time. Key is to refocus as soon as possible.
