I first suffered from anxiety earlier this year following a few anxiety attacks. It has quietness down more recently, but I do still find myself feeling almost surge like moments through my body sometimes, where I need to stop what I'm doing. Today I've been at work and started feeling light headed / dizzy which has not happened before. Any advice?

The same thing happens to me. I've had about every symptom you can imagine with anxiety and panic. Most have started to subside shy of the light headed feeling and slight dizziness. I find if I do some deep breathing exercises and remind myself that it is anxiety related then it passes faster. Mind of matter is easier said than done. I hope you continue to improve.
