I have tried that but feel no one is answering. A couple of months ago my life seemed fine and now it is crumbling around me and I don't know which way to turn

Hi Witchywoo,

You definitely need to get your sleep and eating issues under control. Without these, your overall wellbeing is well and truly affected.

There is something missing from your "prescription". A combination of supportive therapy and prescribed medication works best.

Ask your doctor for a referral to a psychologist who has an interest in your condition.

You can use Dr Google to find some online cognitive behavior therapy as an alternative to face to face meetings.

If you have a friend who can lend an ear, definitely have a chat to that person and see if they are able to help you with anything you need.
