Hi Slimjim22, Meditation and Deep Breathing helps immensely with tight tense muscles.

5-10 minute escapes from the day can help put your mind/body at ease.

Having some "me time" in a quiet place each day can bring down your stress and anxiety level and with that cause the muscles to relax.

Exercise, whether its working out, or just going for a walk.

Epsom salt bath. 2 cups of epsom salt and 1 cup of baking soda in a hot bath and, if you can, 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Very soothing and detoxifying.
