I have sudden weakness and pain on my right Flank it's constant dull pain that goes up to my shoulder blade. I've got severe anxiety and panic attacks that come out of nowhere. Feels like I'm having heart attack

Does the pain come in waves?

If so you are escribing symptoms that could be gallstones.If you also feel sick or vomit and the pain continues in waves ,it would be best to go to ER
