Can't sleep

I don't understand what's wrong. I had a good day today, not feeling super anxious as usual, yet here I am about to fall asleep when suddenly I just feel wide awake. I got up to use the restroom and felt like it was a dream. I am really scared so now I'm laying in bed wondering if something is wrong. Is it my mind overthinking again? Probably, but I feel like I just need to type out how I am feeling just to get it out of my head. Nights are always the worst, I did have my first panick attack right before I fell asleep. It sucks :(

AntiextyBarbie your over thinking try some relaxing breathing and let your mind drift of to a nice calm relaxing place a beautiful garden or a nice beach and think relax as you breath out.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'm trying to stay calm but it's hard :( I do worry a lot about my health so when something feels off I quickly start to panick. Right now my mind feels tired, but I can't sleep. I look forward to tomorrow when these scary feelings go away, because I get so scared and sad when I feel this way.
