Anybody else experience this sensation at night or before going to sleep? You feel numb like if you're out of your body or something. Its a scary feeling but ive gotten use to it. Its just a very uncomfortable feeling and i hate it. I just asked because i want to know if anyone knows why this happens. I have health anxiety so it freaks me out some more.
