Tired of anxiety
I get the same thing. Have you tried light exercises or walks in the morning? That helps me out. Also deep breaths, I try to focus on breathing in and out slowly. Tea is helpful. Chewing gum helps. Showers are calming and help breathing a bit, at least for me. Hope that's a lil bit helpful ☺
My phychiatrist told me that anxiety can be worse in the morning as you have a higher level or cortisol (stress hormone/chemical) in your body upon waking up. You could try taking a high dose of magnesium before bed this is also good for sleep and your nervous system. You can also take a benzo medication before bed too as in valium this is what my phychiatrist suggested however I'm not into taking any drugs on a regular basis so I don't but if I really couldn't cope I would. Another way to get cortisol out of the body faster is by exercising so a fast morning walk or a proper workout could be worth a shot, even yoga as it's relaxing. Hope you feel better soon.
This happens to me every morning. I understand. If you ever want to talk, I'm happy to tell you what I've tried. I'm so sorry this is happening to you.
