Coming off klonopin
Yes, Trees2357, we all want to be me again. But we are divided into two groups. Those who do nothing to help themselves and await a miracle to return them to they way they were before. And those who take control of their anxiety disorder and using the knowledge and medications of their doctors plus self help methods they have discovered by reading posts on this forum to plan their own recovery. You must decide which group you want to be a part of.
I have some problems here. My husband Doesn't believe in medication. Doesn't believe in psychiatrists and doesn't believe anyone with mental illness needs meds so he always yelling at me and putting me down.
As a husband, it is his job to understand that you know what is best for you and to support you. Yelling is only making your anxiety worse.
I came off depression meds a month ago and I felt horrible too. These feelings will eventually pass.
I'm afraid I won't be able to get off my drugs because I'm afraid of the anxiety. I'm on klonopin 3mg and it's been reduced to 21/2mg and I'm not feeling well.
