I've had reverse T-waves and they are mainly due to stress. Cardiologist told me that it means nothing and they can happen when you cough or have indigestion or something random. But it's nothing to worry about. If it was something serious they probably would've told you to go to the hospital. They might be doing a stress test as a formality. Try to calm down, take a few deep breaths. Best thing to do is stay calm. Hope this helps and good luck.
Istites10, philly101 is correct in that non-specific ST and T wave is commonly seen in anxious patients and is not harmful. Usually no treatment is necessary. As philly stated having a Nuclear Stress Test is more of a formality with cardiologists. Your pulse could be higher than usual due to your fear. I would hold off on exercising until your testing is complete, unless your doctor said otherwise. Wish you good luck with the upcoming test and let us know how you make out. x
