Anyone feel Ike there anxiety don't add up.

I mean how can someone be living there life's normally like everyone else, and from nowhere for no reason the devil jumps on your back. I know people say acceptance is the best way forward, but really. You get be the fittest person in the world or be the happiest but the beast will attach its self to you. It don't add up. Question marks keep appearing.
