I've lived with anxiety order for 34 yrs.. I've tried different medicines and did not care for the side effects. I take one day at a time and try (lol) not to worry too much.

Well done Ravenhoney, one day at a time is a good idea. Unfortunately, even when I try my mind races n anxiety takes over. How do you deal with that? 🌸
Changing the thought process and taking back the control is where I started. When you have this mind racing, try thinking about something that makes you happy. Get up and change wants happening. Go for a walk, read a book or call a friend. Change wants happening and don't let those thoughts get the best of you. It's time for you to take back the control. Your in charge, not the aniexty.😊
