Hi folks

Just checking this app out & thought I'd introduce myself. I'm from N Ireland and have severe anxiety & depression (amongst other conditions like fibromyalgia etc). I used to work full time as well as doing a lot of voluntary work at an animal sanctuary at weekends (I prefer animals to most people) but my anxiety & depression have got so bad that I can't even do that anymore. It's weird how quickly your life can change... I'm no expert on any medical condition. I only have my own experiences to go by, but just give me a shout if you ever need to vent or have any tips

I definitely agree how this can change ones life. I used to work a full time schedule as a waitress plus being a full time mom before this anxiety really knocked me down. Now I don't even work or feel like I can't work like I used to. I only work a few days a week now and even my anxiety still follows me there. To a point I have to pray to be able to finish out my day.
