Body spasms

Hi everyone,

Over the last couple of days I've been experience an electric shock/ spasm type feeling all through my body, especially in my arms, hands and chest, it seems to come and go, just wondering if anyone else has any experience similar to this?

Yes - when I went cold turkey on anti depressants or suddenly lowered the doseage. They were like zaps and I had them on my head too! They were classed as a side effect of the medication.
