Hi Alexis. Are you on any meds at the moment? Or therapy? If not, those are 2 options that might help ya out ☺ I know how it feels having anxiety, it can definitely make you feel like your gonna lose it. But you are ok, you can get through this! 👍 Try to help yourself as much as you can. Do you have any hobbies or interests? Its good to keep your mind occupied on positive things, that helps me out ☺ I draw, paint, do yoga, go for walk, ect. There's help out there for you 💜 you're not alone. Im sending you positive vibes 🌟

I'm actually on Zoloft and currently trying to get in therapy sessions waiting for a call back. Thank you so much I'm happy to know I'm not alone

Your not the only one I'm suffering from it . . It's so scary I feel like I'm goin crazy my thoughts are louder im scared to be in my own body.

I have been suffering from it for almost 4 months and yes I felt like I was going insane. With way more disturbing symptoms. I am better than I was when it started but I'm still struggling with the fake feeling dream like and the hyper awareness about existence. It sucks. I was on Zoloft and Zoloft made it worst. I have to come off it. Try supplemts, yoga, meditation, exercising, eating healthy. I get to see a holistic doctor this month and can't wait to share what she tells me because no one should be suffering like this. I feel like my life been sucked out of me.
