Hi everyone hope you all have a lovely weekend.Accept everything the anxiety throws at you the racing heart the lightheaded feeling the shaking hands the sweating its all part of anxiety ! And remind yourself every day this will pass once I except the symptoms and loose my fear of them.it does get so much better once you let it pass over you be strong and get your life's back to how you was and how you want to be .......you can all do it.
